Service Description
Daughters of the Shift one-on-one coaching is a deeply held, intentional space where you are supported, witnessed, and guided, but never carried. This work honours your sovereignty. I don’t fix, rescue, or bypass. I walk beside you as you do the work only you can do. Through a blend of Holistic Therapies, Lineage-Shifting Coaching, and grounded, practical tools, we gently uncover the inherited patterns, beliefs, and emotional imprints that have shaped your story. Together, we create the conditions for release, so what no longer serves you can fall away, and what is true can rise. This work asks for presence, honesty, and commitment. It’s for women who are ready to meet themselves fully. For those willing to feel, to choose differently, and to take responsibility for the life they are creating. Whether your path calls for soft unraveling or profound transformation, our sessions work from the inside out, bringing your mind, body, and spirit back into alignment so change becomes embodied, sustainable, and real.
Cancellation Policy
Daughters of the Shift – Coaching Session Policy 1. Scheduling All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through the online booking system. You'll receive a confirmation email with your session details once your booking is complete. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Life happens — I get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed per session with proper notice. 3. No-Shows If you miss your session without any notice, it will be considered a no-show and no refund or reschedule will be offered. This policy honors both our time and commitment to your growth. 4. Late Arrivals Sessions begin and end on time. If you’re late, we’ll still end at the scheduled time and no extra time will be added. Please arrive a few minutes early if possible to ground and prepare. 5. Refunds Coaching programs and packages are non-refundable once purchased. This work requires full presence and commitment — your investment reflects that. 6. Confidentiality Everything shared in our sessions is 100% confidential. This is a sacred space where your truth is safe and held with care. By booking a session, you agree to these rules and honor the coaching container we’re building together.
