Combining Holistic Therapies, Lineage-Shifting Coaching, and practical tools, I’ll guide you in uncovering inherited patterns, releasing limiting beliefs, and creating a new, empowered narrative for your life. Whether you’re seeking gentle but powerful healing, a bold transformation, or simply a clear plan to move forward, our sessions are designed to work from the inside out, aligning your mind, body, and spirit so change feels natural and lasting. Cancellation Policy
Daughters of the Shift – Coaching Session Policy 1. Scheduling All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through the online booking system. You'll receive a confirmation email with your session details once your booking is complete. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Life happens — I get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed per session with proper notice. 3. No-Shows If you miss your session without any notice, it will be considered a no-show and no refund or reschedule will be offered. This policy honors both our time and commitment to your growth. 4. Late Arrivals Sessions begin and end on time. If you’re late, we’ll still end at the scheduled time and no extra time will be added. Please arrive a few minutes early if possible to ground and prepare. 5. Refunds Coaching programs and packages are non-refundable once purchased. This work requires full presence and commitment — your investment reflects that. 6. Confidentiality Everything shared in our sessions is 100% confidential. This is a sacred space where your truth is safe and held with care. By booking a session, you agree to these rules and honor the coaching container we’re building together.
